The student follows Finnish working life rules and informs the training placement and supervising teacher of any absences due to illness or other reasons. Hours missed during clinical training must be replaced according to the supervising teacher’s instructions.The student follows the clinical nurse supervisor’s work schedule during the clinical training placement and keeps the supervisor informed of their progress and activities.
The student demonstrates the ability to work as a registered nurse student in patient care and practices both clinical skills and communication with patients and staff members. The student plans, implements, and evaluates patient care.
